Audio Technik’s service department, located onsite at our Bassendean showroom, takes care of servicing, repairs and maintenance of our hire and sales equipment. You can feel confident when you buy from Audio Technik we’ll be around to provide support and servicing as and when you need it. We offer a fast turnaround time too.

You can bring your equipment to our showroom with all the necessary accessories required for testing (e.g. power adaptors/cables, antennas etc) Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Or courier your equipment to us. Just make sure it’s safely packed in either its original carton or a suitable box with appropriate packaging material. If you need loan equipment while yours is being serviced, we can help with that too. We’ll even deliver it to you.
